Cambodia

Requirements: A passport with at least six months validity, and one passport-sized photo. For most nationalities, visas are available on arrival at the Phnom Penh and Siem Reap international airports, and at border crossing with Thailand, Vietnamand Laos. The fee for a tourist visa is USD$20, and USD$25 for a business visa. Both are30-day visas. The fee MUST be paid in U.S. dollars. Citizens of Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Laos and Vietnam do not need a visa to enter Cambodia.

The e-visa is also available online and costs USD$25. Fill out the form, download a photo and process your payment by credit card. It takes from 24hours to 3 days to process the visa, which you print out 2 copies and present with your passport upon entry.

NOTE: A visa from Cambodian embassies abroad can be obtained, but it is not necessary. Some embassies will issue a 3-month visa, but you will still only get a 30-day visa when you enter. 

Thailand

For most nationalities a 30-day visa is free if you enter through an international airport, or overland through the main border crossing with Malaysia atPadang Besar. A 15-day visa is given at all other overland border crossings.
The following countries have bilateral visa fee exemption agreements with Thailand:

Malaysia, The Philippines (stay not exceeding 59 days), Singapore, Republicof Korea, Tunisia.

Visas on arrival are available for the following countries:
Bhutan, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Maldives, Mauritius, Oman, Poland, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine

Vietnam

Citizens of the following countries can visit Vietnam without an entry visa: Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Laos, the Philippines, Korea, Japan, Brunei, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Russia. However, nationals of some countries will need to have an onward or return ticket, and the length of stay will vary with each country.
All other citizens are required to have a Vietnam entry visa issued by a Vietnam consulate or embassy, or a pre-approved letter for picking up an entry visa issued on arrival at Vietnam's international airports. Either one must be obtained before arrival in Vietnam.

Laos
Visas on arrival are available for most nationalities, and are available at the following entry points:
International Airports: Vientiane, Luang Prabang, Pakse

Border crossings with Thailand: Nong Khai – Vientiane Friendship Bridge, Chiang Khong – Houay Xai, Nakhon Phanom – Tha Khek,  Mukdahan – Savannakhet, Chong Mek - Vung Tao
Border crossings with Vietnam: Nam Can – Nam Khan, Cau Treo – Nam Phao, Lao Bao– Dansavanh
Border crossing with China: Mohan - Boten
Visas on arrival are NOT available at other border crossings, and at the border crossing with Cambodia.
Visa fees for a 30-day tourist visa are from US$30 to US$42 depending on the nationality, payable in US Dollars. You will need one passport-sized photo, and you will need the name of the hotel or guesthouse where you intend to stay.
However, it is advisable to obtain a visa before hand to avoid any problems or delays at immigration, especially if you plan to enter Laos at an overland border crossing.
